China - A 21 day Study Tour

"Medical Qigong and Taijiquan in the Heart of China"

Hebei Medical Qigong Hospital and School, Hebei, China
A Training Program in Medical Qigong and Taijiquan

The International Qigong Foundation, Inc.  and The University of Hawaii will sponsor the "11th" annual training trip to China for a 21-day training in Medical Qigong and Taijiquan in China at the Hebei Medical Qigong Hospital and School.  Led by Karen Nesbitt, M.A., a certified teacher and trainer with the hospital, the group will join Mrs. Liu Yafei, Mr. Feng Yijian, Ms. Zhou Li, and Mr. Xiao Yuande for a wonderful China experience. As an addition to this journey we will also be offering 5 days in Beijing sightseeing world famous cultural relics and visiting hospitals practicing medical qigong. Please ask about continuing medical education credits, "CME", with the American Academy of Family Physicians, AAFP, and re certification credits with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, NCCAOM. The University of Hawaii at Hilo

Classes in Medical Qigong and

Taijiquan Training

This year The International Qigong Foundation, Inc. will work with the University of Hawaii Hilo to provide a training series throughout the island of Hawaii learning Medical Qigong, Taijiquan. The courses will be taught by Ms. Karen Nesbitt, The International Qigong Foundation and Mr. Feng Yijian from Hebei Medical Qigong School and Hospital. In addition to classes, Medical Qigong massage treatments with Mr. Feng will be offered. This will be an opportunity to immerse yourself in a healthy practice! "Beginning Taijiquan (Tai  Chi) Theory and Practice"

A Credit Course at The University of Hawaii at Hilo

Kinesiology and Exercise Science (KES) 194

This hands-on course is primarily designed to give students an overview of Taijiquan, it's history in Traditional Chinese Medicine, TCM, as well as its current use in both TCM and Western Medicine. Students will learn beginner's Taijiquan Yang Style 24. Two 10 Day Retreats

"Tai Chi and Medical Qigong in the Heart of Montana"

Dancing Dreamers Retreat Center, Eureka, Montana

This year The International Qigong Foundation, Inc. will be offering medical qigong, taijiquan training at Dancing Dreamers Retreat Center in Montana. Small group oriented, participation is limited to 12, this workshop will provide training in Neiyang Gong Qigong and Taijiquan. As part of this retreat we will visit Waterton Glacier International Peace Park, located in both Montana and Canada. Please call for early registration!
